Details:  After a 2008 fire forced Leisure Living out of there long time facilities on Niagara Street, they relocated to the old Hy-Grade site in the City of Tonawanda. In 2010 they decided to move their offices from the warehouse to an existing four story building on-site.  JEG was commissioned with the complete gut and remodel of that space.
